BARRY SAMPSON – CHAIRMAN
With over 37 years experience in the property industry Barry has an extensive track record combined with an in-depth understanding of both the commercial and residential property and financial markets with excellent high level contacts. He maintains valued working relationships with banks and joint venture partners with whom he continues to and has worked with in the past. Barry has extensive interests in a number of businesses, including care homes, property investment and development, retailing and others. He brings a wealth of experience, leadership, excellent financial resources and a strong and established track record.

JOE GODFREY (MRICS) – DIRECTOR
Having operated in London and across the South East property markets for many years Joe has developed and invested across the commercial and residential property sectors. He brings tenacity and professionalism to the team and has an in depth understanding of the planning system. He specialises in securing and financing transactions and ensuring these are optimised through the planning system and constructed to programme and budget.

MARK HOBDEN (MRICS) – DIRECTOR
Mark is an established property developer and investor with over 15 years experience who operates across all asset classes. With the main focus of the business being securing and realising value in property assets Mark has the expertise and contacts to identify and deliver real value for partners, landowners and shareholders. Mark specialises in planning led situations and optimising asset management situations.
