  • Brownfield and greenfield sites
  • Sites close to existing national roads, rail and bus connections, which have the potential to enhance  local pedestrian connections and transport networks
  • Sites that can be developed to add value not just to itself but the surrounding area
  • Sites that local authorities recognise as having promise, but require expertise to maximise potential
  • Sites where there is a perceived need for new homes, employment, connections, amenities and strong economic growth
  • Investment where we can add value through management or via the planning system
  • Site size from 1 acre upwards
