We specialise in procuring land on an unconditional, option, promotion agreement or a conditional basis for property development across all asset use classes. The team have had some strong successes in this area. Our particular skill is being able to identify the optimum use and design an appropriate solution for each opportunity we acquire. It is very common for us to be working in partnership with landowners, be this private landowners or more institutional property owners. This continues to be an essential element of what we do and we are always looking for new land opportunities.
