Following the recent completion of the Henfield Storage refurbishment and letting at Brighton Trade Park, Hanbury have commenced the second stage of works on the Southern Phase of Brighton Trade Park.
The works include delivery of a new thermally efficient roof and cladding to the entire external envelope, new roller shutter doors and internal floor slabs. The works are being undertaken speculatively to deliver in excess of 24,000 sq ft of grade-A accommodation to the undersupplied Brighton industrial market.
Works are scheduled to complete in October 2022, with just over 50% of the space going under offer during the refurbishment.
